1. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate consumption of digital GPU processing resources, no refunds are provided once AI generation credits/tokens have been used, unless caused by an unresolvable technical fault on our platform. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via user account settings.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user account settings. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew. No further charges will be made.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aetheraigo.com from your account email with your order date and a short description of the technical fault. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you were charged twice or an incorrect amount, contact support@aetheraigo.com and we will correct it promptly, even if credits have been used.
