1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AetherAiGo (aetheraigo.com), an online AI image and video generation service operated by Fortuna trading Company (Tax ID: 93194380). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including prompts, uploads, generations, and purchases. Do not share, resell, or transfer your account, or attempt to bypass usage limits. Notify us immediately at support@aetheraigo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute content that is sexually explicit, depicts minors in any sexual or harmful context, promotes violence, terrorism, or hate, harasses or impersonates real people without consent, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or violates any applicable law.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing model. We use automated filters and may review flagged activity. Violations may lead to removal of content and suspension or termination of your account.

4. User-Generated Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the prompts and materials you upload, and, to the extent permitted by law, of the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to the materials you upload. AI outputs may be similar to outputs produced for others, and we do not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before public or commercial use.

5. Subscriptions, Credits and Payments

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We never store full card numbers. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and Contact
